• A black bear was sighted Saturday afternoon (Jan 8, 2011) on a tree in the backyard of 6601 Brigadoon. His/her/its presence was confirmed by prints photographed Sunday morning. A wildlife specialist at USDA reviewed the photos and said:
  "the tracks appear to be too large for a fox. They are more oval shape than normal domestic dog tracks so it is possible they could be from a coyote. Its hard to be sure since they are pretty worn though."
